As a depressive, although not hospitlised, have been to the Hayes priory, with a severly depressed friend, and seen the treatment of patients, some who were highly intelligent, and paid pounds to be there, be it through insurance etc. I also was a frequent visitor with another friend to a local Physciatric hospital, many times, she eventually commited sucide, after having valuam, e.c.t. a couple of times. also a stimulant that made her feel on top of the world, and of course she wanted more, which wasn't allowed. the same was given to my other friend, then stopped. They both had e.c.t.
All that has been said here is absolutly true, and I have admiration for John and Mike, to be strong enough to speak out for the people who can't do it fo themselves, who I hope will be encouraged to join them in their quest to get it across to the many who are ignorant of their distress, therefore helping them to recover, instead of labeling them as lazy, or not right.
